Abstract

Trata-se no presente artigo de uma questão pouco versada na doutrina: a forma de constituição da Comissão Parlamentar de Inquérito. Busca-se no presente ensaio verificar se é legítimo, do ponto de vista da Constituição, o ato do Presidente da Casa Legislativa de substituição membro da Comissão Parlamentar de Inquérito, bem como a possibilidade de o Poder Judiciário examinar, via mandado de segurança, a legalidade desse ato.
