Abstract

O parecer procura esclarecer: 1. Quais as condições impostas pela regulamentação vigente para a obtenção, pela consulente — empresa concessionária do Serviço Telefônico Fixo Comutado destinado ao uso do público em geral — de Autorização para a prestação de STFC na modalidade Local?; 2. Além das condições impostas pela regulamentação, a ANATEL pode
impor novas condições?; 3. Qual o prazo, na regulamentação, que a ANATEL possui para analisar o pedido?
